摘要
针对薄壁零件在数控加工中易变形不易加工的特点,结合被加工薄壁零件的结构及加工工艺特点,设计了专用数控铣床气动夹具。为保证夹具具有良好的静动态特性,对夹具工件系统进行了平面铣削和钻孔过程受力分析,并运用ANSYS Workbench软件进行了强度分析,结合夹具应力变形分布规律,对夹具进行了结构改进;同时对夹具工件系统进行了模态分析,并结合模态振型图提出了夹具结构改进方案。
According to the characteristics of the thin-walled parts which is easily to be deformed and hardly to be processed in the numerical control processing, and considering the structure and the processing technical characteristics of the thin- walled parts, the pneumatic clamp for the special CNC milling machine is designed in this paper. In order to ensure the fixture has good static and dynamic characteristics, the force analysis on plane milling and drilling process of the systematic fixture workpiece is made, and strength analys is also conducted by using the ANSYS Workbench software. According to the stress and deformation distribution of the fixture, the structure of the fixture is improved. And the modal analysis of the fixture work- piece system is also carried out, and then the scheme of structural improvement combined with the map of model shape is put forward.
