摘要
通过采用VC63B便携式测振仪对某采油厂往复压缩机二级排气管线振动数据的实地采集,依照标准判断此管线振动情况。基于Bentley Autopipe的往复压缩机二级排气管线系统进行建模,通过加载重力、温度、压力、风载、地震载荷五种工况条件进行应力耦合分析,模态计算得到管线固有频率并与排气激发频率的对比,寻找管线振动原因并提出解决方案。
In this paper, by adopting VC63 B portable vibrationof a secondary production plant reciprocating compressor exhaust pipeline vibration field data acquisition, in accordance with the standard to judge the pipeline vibration. Based on Bentley Autopipe reciprocating compressor exhaust pipeline system modeling, by load, temperature, pressure, gravity, wind load and earthquake load stress coupling analysis, five kinds of working condition mode to calculate the natural frequency and exhaust in pipe excitation frequency contrast, looking for pipeline vibration reasons and solutions are put forward.
