摘要 基于传统3步法工艺制备聚醚氨基嵌段共聚硅油存在的问题,开发了一种直接制备双端环氧硅油后胺化制备聚醚氨基嵌段共聚硅油新工艺。采用单因素试验优化了双端环氧硅油的合成工艺,测试了双端环氧硅油与聚醚胺聚合得到的聚醚氨基嵌段共聚硅油的稳定性,并将其用于涤纶拉毛针织物的柔软整理。结果表明,优化后合成工艺为聚合温度为110℃、聚合时间为2 h,引发剂用量0.20%,此时制备出的双端环氧硅油环氧率为96%;将制备的双端环氧硅油与聚醚胺在异丙醇作为溶剂下聚合,产物即为聚醚氨基嵌段共聚硅油,缩短了合成工艺流程;制备出的聚醚氨基嵌段共聚硅油耐碱和耐高温稳定性较好;整理后涤纶拉毛针织物滑爽性、柔软性和蓬松性获得一定程度提高,与市场同类产品相比具有一定的优势。 To solve problems in the traditional three-step preparation process of amino polyether block silicone, a new process for the preparation of amino polyether block silicone was developed by directly preparing terminal e- poxy silicone, and then amination. The synthesis process of epoxy terminal silicone was optinized by single-factor experiment. The stability of the amino polyether block silicone prepared by epoxy terminal silicone and polyether amine was tested, and the prepared amino polyether block silicone was used for polyester fabric soft finishing. The results show that, the optimal synthesis process is that temperature is 110℃, time is 2 hours, and the dosage of initiator is 0.20%, at that time, the epoxy percentage of prepared epoxy terminal silicone is 96%, The prepared terminal epoxy silicone and polyether amine are polymerized in isopropanol as solvent, the product is amino polyether block silicone. The product alkali-resistant and high-temperature stability is good. After finishing, the smoothness, softness and fluffy of the nap knitted polyester fabric has a certain degree of increase, and this prod- uct has certain advantages compared with similar products in the market.
