摘要
本研究以不同产地的8个姜黄种质为试验材料,比较姜黄种质在福建泉州地区的生长特征、根状茎特征、产量和姜黄素含量的变化,评价不同姜黄种质的生物学特性和有效成分。结果表明,GY01的姜黄根状茎产量达最大值为35 kg/m2,总姜黄素含量为1.996 mg/g;GJHX的姜黄根状茎产量为32.7 kg/m2,姜黄素含量达最大值为3.838 mg/g。GY02、GJHP和GY04综合表现一般,仅适用于某些地区试种。GY01和GJHX综合表现较好,根状茎产量和总姜黄素含量均较高,可以在福建泉州地区进行推广种植。
There are 8 difference turmeric germplasms as the experimental material were studied, The characteristics of plant morphological and rhizomes, yields and curcumin contents were analyzed in Quanzhou area of Fujian Province, and evaluate the biological characteristics and effective components in different germplasm of Curcuma longa. The results showed that GY01 got the highest yield of 35 kg/ m2 and total content of curcumin was 1. 996 mg/g. The yield of GJHX was 32. 7 kg/m2, which curcu- min content was the highest, reaching 3. 838 mg/g. The germplasm of GY02, GJHP and GY04 in C. longa got better comprehensive performance, so all of them have a certain promotion prospects in Fu- jian Province. The germplasms of GY01 and GJHX comprehensive performances were better, such as higher yield and curcumin content, were suitable for planting in Quanzhou area of Fujian Province, and could be used in the production of developmental trial cuhivars.
