摘要
教学管理是高校管理工作的核心之一,推行两级教学管理制度对提高高校教学质量和教学管理水平具有重要意义。民办本科院校在两级教学管理体制的推进和实施过程中不可避免地出现一些问题,针对这些问题,民办高校应该理清关系,明确校院二级管理职能,完善教学制度和教学管理人员队伍建设,有序推进高校两级教学管理工作。
Teaching management is the core of college management work. The implementation of two-level teaching management system is of great significance for the improvement of college teaching quality and teaching management level. There will inevitably some problems in the implementation of two-level management system in private colleges. In view of these problems, private colleges should clarify their relations, make clear the two-level management functions of colleges, and improve teaching system and teaching administrator construction, so as to orderly implement two-level management.
