摘要
对经固溶处理的304不锈钢板进行不同时间的敏化处理实验,电解腐蚀后研究敏化时间对304不锈钢耐蚀性的影响。通过分析发现随着敏化时间的延长,腐蚀沟的宽度越大,腐蚀程度越重,说明析出的(Cr Fe)_(23)C_6型碳化物越多,造成晶界贫铬,降低了材料耐蚀性。
The sensitizing treatment experiment is carried out for 304 stainless steel plate after solution treatment at different time. The effect of sensitizing treatment time on corrosion resistance of 304 stainless steel is studied after electrolytic corrosion. The results show that with the increasing of the sensitizing treatment time,the heavier width of the corrosion groove,the greater degree of corrosion. The results indicate that the more( CrFe)_(23)C_6 carbide precipitated cause the poorer chromium at the grain boundary which decreases the corrosion resistance of material.
