摘要
目的:探究眼针治疗中风偏瘫的有效性。方法:根据文献的纳入与排除标准制定检索策略,以眼针、中风等为检索词,在CNKI、维普、万方数据库的主题词字段进行检索,筛选出符合要求的随机对照研究,对纳入的文献进行资料提取,方法学质量评价,最后对所有研究进行合并统计量分析合成,评定眼针治疗中风偏瘫的有效性。结果:本研究共纳入文献6篇,其中试验组共385例患者,对照组共322例患者,均为眼针配合药物治疗与单纯药物治疗比较。对治疗的总有效率进行meta分析,结果示:OR合并=5.05、95%CI=3.13~8.13、P<0.00001,说明眼针配合药物治疗中风偏瘫的疗效要优于单纯药物治疗。结论:眼针配合药物可有效治疗中风偏瘫,疗效优于单纯药物治疗,但是纳入文献病例的基本情况、诊断标准、干预措施、结局评价标准均不统一,纳入文献较少,方法学描述不足可能使本研究结果产生偏倚,影响论证强度。
Objective：The objective of this review is to inquire the efficiency of the treatment to apoplectic hemiplegia by eyes acupuncture. Methods： According to the strict inclusion and exclusion criteria we search the China knowledge network, WanFang database and Weipu database in subject heading by using the search terms eyes acupuncture stroke etc. We selected all the randomized controlled trails. Collected all the information of the selected studies on on the methodology and used the information to synthesis and analysis and finally to evaluate the efficiency of the treatment to apoplectic hemiplegia by eyes acupuncture. Results ： We identified 6 reports meeting the inclusion criteria for our review. In those studies, experimental group contains 385 patients and control group contains 322 patients. All those studies using eyes acupuncture and normal medical treatment compared with normal medical treatment only. Meta analysis showed that OR combination=5.05,95%CI=3.13-8.13, P〈0.00001, means that eyes acupuncture cooperated with normal medical treatment is more effective than only using normal medical treatment. Conclusion ： Eyes acupuncture cooperated with normal medical treatment is more effective than only using normal medical treatment to apoplectic hemiplegia. But because of the inconsistency of essential information, diagnosis standard intervention measures, evaluation standard of final results and the quantity shortage of included studies, description shortage methodology would probably bring bias to this meta analysis result, and influenced the argumentation intensity.
