摘要
化学EOR方法中,聚驱的应用一直居于首位。但高成本和低油价等因素限制了聚驱的应用,自20世纪90年代以来,除中国外,世界各国的聚驱产量均很少。近年来,随着聚合物浓度和成本的降低,加上产量需求,对聚驱的关注逐渐升温。为了了解国外聚驱研究进展及应用效果,本文从聚合物驱项目数量、项目成功率、储层岩性、提高采收率等方面对以往的聚合物驱项目进行了统计分析。对聚合物驱项目的新旧筛选标准进行了对比分析,新筛选标准表明,在油藏温度小于98.9℃、原油黏度高至5000mPa·s、重度低至12°API、渗透率高达5500mD、埋深2865m的油藏中,都可以成功应用聚驱。聚驱应用现状方面,重点研究了加拿大和美国的聚驱应用情况。加拿大西部聚合物驱项目数量不断增多,成功率也越来越高,尤其是在稠油和油砂区效果显著。美国近年来聚合物驱油项目较少,但在应用聚合物调剖方面有较大发展。此外,其他国家也有不同程度的聚驱应用。
Polymer flooding has been the most applied chemical EOR method. However, the high cost of chemical additives and low oil prices limited its use, and since the 1990s oil production from polymer flooding has been negligible around the world except for China. Recently, with the advance of low concentrations and low cost of chemical additives, combined with the necessity of earning more oil from mature waterflood, polymer flooding projects are becoming increasingly popular. In order to get a better understanding of the polymer flooding progress, a statistical analysis was made on the quantity, project success ratio, reservoir lithology and enhanced recovery factor based on previous polymer flooding projects. The updated screening criteria were compared with the previously published criteria, and their differences were analyzed. The updated criteria show that a polymer flooding project can be successfully applied in a reservoir with a temperature of less than 98.9℃, an oil viscosity up to 5,000 mPa · s, gravity lower to 12 °API,permeability up to 5500mD and depth of 2865m. The application of polymer flooding abroad was investigated especially in Canada and the United States. Polymer flooding is becoming increasingly more common and more successful in western Canada, particularly for heavy oil and in the oil sands regions. The United States has less polymer flooding projects but it focus on the profile control using polymer. In addition, other countries also have different levels of polymer flooding applications.
