摘要
目的分析小剂量长效胰岛素对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制效果。方法选取我院收治的2型糖尿病患者82例,将所选患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组41例,两组患者在原有口服降糖药的基础上进行胰岛素治疗,对照组每晚22∶00给予诺和灵N注射1次,观察组每晚22∶00给予地特胰岛素注射1次,根据两组患者的空腹血糖水平每周进行调整治疗,以空腹血糖水平<5.6 mmol/L为目标进行治疗,在16周治疗后,比较分析两组患者的空腹血糖水平和低血糖情况。结果经过16周治疗,观察组和对照组患者的空腹血糖水平均有降低,但是观察组患者的降幅明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的低血糖事件发生率明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在临床上治疗2型糖尿病患者,可以在其口服降糖药的基础上,采用地特胰岛素注射治疗,有效控制患者的血糖水平,值得临床上应用。
Objective To explore the effect of small doses insulin on long-term glycemic controlling in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods Eighty-two patients with type 2 diabetes in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. Patients in the two group received the insulin treatment, on the basic of original oral medications treatment, the control group was given Novilin N injections one time every night at 22∶00, and the observation group received insulin detemir injections one time every night at 22:00, the treatment was adjusted according to two groups of patients with fasting blood glucose levels every week, and the fasting glucose levels 5.6 mmol/L was the target for treatment. After 16 weeks treatment, the comparative analysis of two groups of patients with fasting blood glucose levels and low blood sugar was performed. Results After 16 weeks of treatment, the fasting blood glucose levels of the two groups descreased, but the observation group of patients declined significantly greater than the control group(P〈0.05); hypoglycemic events incidence rate of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05); the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion On the basis of the oral medications, insulin detemtr injections in the clinical treatment the patients with type 2 diabetes can effectively control of the patient's blood sugar level, which is worth wide application in clinic.
