摘要
网络惯例是维持并协调创新网络运行的关键因素,主要研究网络惯例对合作创新绩效的影响,并探索调节定向的调节作用。在对相关文献梳理的基础上,提出了网络惯例、调节定向对合作创新绩效影响的理论假设,以西安市高新区高技术企业网络等创新网络的现实存在为对象进行问卷调查和实证检验。结果表明,合作成员间行为的默契程度与合作创新绩效之间存在倒U型关系;规范接受程度与合作创新绩效之间的正向相关关系通过了检验;以追逐利益为主的促进定向能够促进创新性合作氛围的塑造,有利于增强网络惯例两个维度对合作创新绩效的正向影响;以规避风险为主的预防定向在规范接受程度与合作创新绩效之间不存在显著的调节作用。
As the basic elements of the network behavior, network routines can be considered the core elements to maintain and coordinate the technological innovation network. On the basis of the related literature, the network routines may be classified into the degree of behavior tacit understanding and the degree of specification acceptable, and the regulatory focus can be divided into promotion focus and prevention focus. We construct the theoretical hypotheses between network routines, cooperation performance and regulatory focus. We use the actual data of the process of the innovation cooperation in our country, and do an empirical test with the help of SPSS17.0. The whole research shows that there is inverted U-shaped relationship between the degree of behavior tacit understanding and cooperation performance, as expected, the degree of specification acceptable positively related to cooperation performance; promotion focus＇ s moderated effect is confirmed between the network routines and cooperation performance, but prevention focus has no significant moderated effect in relationship of the degree of specification acceptable and cooperative innovation performance.
