摘要
从福建省某猪场采集的发病仔猪大脑和内脏病料中分离到一株病毒。病毒接种PK细胞的结果显示,PK细胞出现典型的细胞病变;PCR反应扩增出特异性的片段,与经典毒株闽A株一致;免疫荧光试验中出现绿色荧光;病毒接种家兔后引起典型的伪狂犬病症状并死亡。上述结果充分证实,本研究分离的毒株为伪狂犬病病毒,随之将其命名为伪狂犬病病毒FJNP株。本研究结果丰富了福建省伪狂犬病流行病学资料,为开发猪伪狂犬病病毒新型疫苗提供了依据。
A new virus strain was isolated from nosogenic piglets' brain and visceral disease material on a pig farm in Fujian.Experiments of inoculating the virus strain into PK cells,a polymerase chain reaction(PCR),an immunofluorescence assay,and inoculating the strain into rabbits were carried out.In result,PK cells showed typical cytopathic,and a specific fragment was amplified from the strain,which was consistent with the classical virus strain A in Fujian.Green fluorescence appeared in the immunofluorescence assay,and the inoculated rabbits were died with typical pseudorabies clinical symptoms.The result confirmed fully that the virus strain was a new pseudorabies virus,then named the pseudorabies virus FJNP strain,which enriched the pseudorabies virus database of Fujian of China and provided the basis for development of new vaccines against pseudorabies virus.
