摘要
近年来Scrum已经逐渐成为主流的敏捷开发方法被广泛采用,但测试环节却经常得不到有效的重视,软件质量无法得到保障。本文在Scrum方法的基础上,通过在每次迭代过程中加入单元测试流、系统测试流和QA控制流,从三个不同的维度对软件产品的质量进行验证与控制,并与每次迭代周期同步完成测试用例库的积累和完善。通过使用本方法可以有效的减少后续测试用例的编写投入成本,缩短软件产品的交付时间,并显著提高最终软件产品的质量。
In recent years, Scrum has gradnally become the mainstream of agile development methods are widely used, but the test link is often not effective attention, software quality can not be guaranteed. In this paper, on the basis of Scrum method, by adding a unit test in each iteration process flow, system test flow and QA flow control, from three different dimensions for verification and control of the quality ofsotlcware products, and each iteration cycle synchronization complete test case library accumulation and improvement. Using this method can effectively reduce the input cost of subsequent test cases, shorten the delivery time of software products, and significantly improve the quality of the final software products.
