人工泪液联合普拉洛芬预防青光眼小梁切除后干眼症的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察人工泪液联合普拉洛芬预防青光眼小梁切除后干眼症的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年2月~2014年9月我院收治的青光眼小梁切除术患者80例,均为单眼患者,按照随机法分成对照组和观察组,对照组采用人工泪液治疗,观察组采用人工泪液联合普拉洛芬治疗。治疗后的第2、4周,比较两组的泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪腺分泌实验(SIT)、荧光素染色(FL)结果,并对眼部感觉症状、隙灯下眼表体征进行评分。结果:用药第4周,两组间就用药疗效比较:对照组的BUT、SIT、FL试验结果依次为(8.74±1.42)s、(5.27±0.23)mm/min、(0.96±0.87)分,观察组依次为(14.51±2.14)s、(6.42±2.57)mm/min、(0.62±0.24)分,效果优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P>0.05);眼部症状及体征比较:对照组的感觉性症状为(2.25±0.91)分,眼表体征为(2.15±0.91)分,观察组依次为(1.05±0.78)分、(0.93±0.64)分,效果显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工泪液联合普拉洛芬预防青光眼小梁切除后干眼症效果显著,有利于泪膜功能的恢复,值得临床推广。
