摘要
稀土离子掺杂铝酸盐发光材料是发光领域的研究热点之一。与其他基质材料相比,铝酸盐具有发光效率高、热稳定性好、余辉时间长、无污染等特点,在光学研究领域越发受到重视。综述了7种不同的铝酸盐发光材料制备方法,如高温固相法、共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、水热合成法、燃烧法和硝酸盐热分解法等,简述了相应的实验原理及优缺点。并对稀土掺杂铝酸盐发光材料的发光机理进行了简要介绍,最后对其应用前景进行了展望。
Rare earth ions doped aluminate has already become one hot field in the research of luminescent material.Aluminate-based luminescent materials are favored due to the unique properties such as high luminous efficiency,good thermal stability,long afterglow time,no pollution and so on.Seven major methods for the preparation of rare earth ions doped aluminate luminescent materials such as solid state,coprecipitation,sol-gel,hydrothermal synthesis,combustion and spray pyrolysis were summarized.And the corresponding experimental principle was introduced.The luminescence mechanism of luminescent materials were introduced in brief.Finally,the prospect of research and application were proposed.
