摘要
阐述了我国建立第二代卫星导航系统的必要性和区域性卫星导航系统的特点 ,进一步研究了倾斜圆轨道同步卫星在区域导航系统中的应用。最后设计了一种静止卫星和倾斜圆轨道同步卫星相结合的星座 ,并且初步研究了它的性能。通过仿真计算表明 。
The developing trend of global civil satellite navigation system is presented. The situation of Chinese satellite navigation system and necessity for constructing the second generation of satellite navigation system is described, and the characteristic of a regional navigation system is investigated. The application of the circle orbit synchronous satellite is analyzed in regional navigation system, and a constellation composed of geostationary and inclined circle orbit synchronous satellites is designed. Its performance is preliminarily analyzed by computer simulation. Result shows that a constellation of 7 satellites can meet the basic requirements for covering all over China territory and its neighbor area, and obtain the satisfactory precision in the area.
