摘要
以某大型化纤厂实际腈纶废水为研究对象,构建了填装有纳米凹凸棒复合亲水性聚氨脂泡沫载体的微生物固定化序批式反应器(SBBR),考察了HRT、DO、碱度、外加碳源对反应器处理效果的影响,并确定了最佳工艺参数:1腈纶废水生化处理在HRT为48 h,DO质量浓度为2~4 mg/L时,CODCr、NH_3-N的处理效果较好,更长的72 h对腈纶废水处理效果影响不大;2在HRT为48 h,DO质量浓度为2~4 mg/L时,最佳碳酸氢钠投加量为0.4 g/L,此时稳定阶段出水的CODCr平均质量浓度为318.5 mg/L,NH_3-N平均质量浓度为10.2 mg/L;3黏胶废水作为外加碳源与腈纶废水以实际产生量4∶1进行耦合处理,结果表明,耦合处理对CODCr去除作用不大,而NH_3-N的去除效果显著增加,实际容积去除负荷是理论容积去除负荷的1.58倍,出水NH_3-N的平均质量浓度为0.5 mg/L。
Taking actual acrylic fiber wastewater from a large scale chemical fiber factory as the research object, the influences of HRT, DO, alkalinity, additional carbon source on the wastewater treatment efficiency of the immobilized microbial sequencing batch reactor(SBBR) filled with attapulgite composite hydrophilic polyurethane foam carrier were studied. The optimal process parameters were determined, which indicated that: (1)when the HRT was 48 h, the mass concentration of DO was 2 - 4 mg/L, the treatment efficiency of the said SBBR on CODcr and NH3-N was better, longer HRT for example 72 h had no significant promoting influence. (2)Under the above condition, the optimal dosage of sodium bicarbonate was 0.4 g/L, the average mass concentrations of CODcr and NH3-N were 318.5 and 10.2 mg/L respectively during the stabilization stage. (3)Taking viscose wastewater as the additional carbon source and dosing it into the acrylic fibers wastewater with a ratio of 4 : 1 of the actual yield for coupling. The results showed that, coupling had little affect on CODcr removal, however, it was greatly beneficial to NH3-N removal, the actual volume loading was 1.58 times of theoretical volume loading, the average mass concentration of NH3-N in effluent water was 0.5 mg/L.
