摘要
对1 600~3 000 N·m载荷条件下的两个齿轮箱的振动加速度信号进行了数据采集,分析了信号时域特征参数的变化以及齿轮啮合频率和谐波幅值对载荷变化的敏感程度。结果显示齿轮啮合频率幅值与载荷关系近似线性,A箱振动信号谐波3 fm、B箱振动信号谐波3 fm和4 fm,以及高次谐波10 fm^13 fm对传递载荷的变化敏感。该结果对进一步研究重载齿轮传动的振动特性有重要意义。
The vibration acceleration signals of two gearboxes under the load condition of 1 600 -3 000 N·m are collected.The changes of time domain characteristic parameters and the sensitivity of gear meshing frequency and harmonics amplitude to the load change are analyzed.The results show that the gear meshing frequency amplitude is approximately linear with the load level.Both of the harmonic frequency 3fmof gearbox A,the harmonic frequency 3fm,4fmand high order harmonic frequency 10fm- 13 fmof gearbox B are sensitive to the load level.The results have some significance for the further study of vibration characteristic on heavy duty gear transmission.
