摘要
文章以聚乙烯醇(PVA)、变性淀粉、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)、水性聚氨酯(WPU)、环氧树脂为例综述了目前湿法非织造用水溶性粘合剂的特点与应用,指出现阶段产品存在物理性能不高、生产废水不环保、自然降解困难等问题,提出应以设计官能团或链结构、研发新型的粘合剂复配体系和开发新型的粘合剂作为今后的研发方向。
The article used polyvinyl alcohol(PVA),sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC),modified starch,waterborne polyurethane(WPU)and epikote as examples to summarize characteristics and applications of water-soluble binders used for wet-laid nonwovens.It points out that the disadvantages at present of productions are that physical performance is not high,factory effluent is not environmentally friendly,natural degradation of them is very difficult,etc,.And we propose the directions for further researches are designing functional group or chain structure,developing new binders compound system and new binders.
