摘要
高校应用心理学专业人才培养"强理论,弱实践"的特点与社会需求间的矛盾日益突出,缺乏系统、可操作的专业实践模式是导致这一问题的重要原因。需将专业实践目标进行分解,提前预置于各类教学活动中,借助过程性评价的反馈,监控各分目标完成的情况,最终实现专业实践的总目标。
The contradiction between the features of "strong theory, weak practice" of applied psychology professional talent training in college and social demand have become increasingly prominent, and the lack of system and operation mode of the practice teaching are the important cause of the problem. The practice teaching object should be decomposed and preset in all kinds of teaching activities in advance. With the help of the feedback of process evaluation, we should monitor the completion of the target, and finally realize the general goal of practical teaching.
