摘要
针对单配污泥混合料水分波动大、影响烧结过程稳定的弊端,提出了污泥在烧结料场铺底配加技术,即随着料堆的取用,污泥由汽车直接倒运至取空的场地中央,按预先规划的位置卸在中和料堆的中轴线上。污泥在料场停留时间蒸发了水分,且经过取料机、下料口、料仓等多次运输翻转,污泥与中和料充分混匀,中和了其水分、粘性,从而在烧结机稳定配加。这种独特的配加方式不仅简便易实施,而且大大降低了生产波动,混合料水分波动减小了0.7%,烧结矿FeO标准偏差降低了0.063,烧结矿质量大幅提高。更重要的是消除了混料圆筒、混合料槽粘料的顽疾,整个系统稳定性提高。
In view of the monogamous sludge mixture moisture volatility, influenced the stability of the sintering process, put forward to lay a foundation of sludge in sintering material sites with technology, namely as windrow access, sludge di- rectly by the car firm to get empty in the middle of the field, according to the location of the discharge in advance planning and material on the centerline of the heap.Water evaporation in the yard of retention time and sludge and after reclaimer, feed opening, bin transport flip for many times, sludge and neutralization material thoroughly incorporated, and the mois- ture, viscosity, thus in sintering machine with stable.This unique way with not only easy to implement, and greatly reduces the production fluctuation, mixture moisture fluctuation decreases by 0.7%, the standard deviation of the sinter FeO decreased 0.063, improve the quality of sinter.More important is to eliminate the mixing drum, slot size mixture ills, the system stability improved.
