摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌及其癌旁组织中p53及bcl-2蛋白表达情况。方法将该院搜集的乳腺癌石蜡组织标本分为乳腺浸润性导管癌及其癌旁组织、乳腺导管内癌及其癌旁组织,采用免疫组化法检测其中p53及bcl-2蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与乳腺癌转移及c-erb B-2表达状态的相关性。结果 p53、bcl-2及c-erb B-2蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌及导管内癌中的阳性表达率均显著性高于其相应的癌旁组织(均P<0.001);此外,p53及bcl-2蛋白在乳腺浸润性导管癌的阳性表达率均显著性高于在导管内癌中的表达率,而c-erb B-2蛋白在二者中没有差异。p53蛋白在癌组织组中的表达率与c-erb B-2的表达呈正相关;而bcl-2蛋白在癌组织中的表达率与c-erb B-2的表达呈负相关。结论 p53及bcl-2蛋白在乳腺癌的发生、发展过程中是量变的,可作为预测乳腺癌的生物指标。
Objective To explore the expressions of p53 protein and bcl- 2 protein in breast cancer and the adjacent tissues.Methods The paraffin-embedded breast cancer samples collected in the hospital were divided into invasive breast ductal carcinoma and the adjacent tissues,breast ductal carcinoma and the adjacent tissues,immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of p53 protein and bcl-2 protein,the relationships with breast cancer metastasis and c-erb B-2 protein expression status were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of p53 protein,bcl-2 protein and c-erb B-2 protein in invasive breast ductal carcinoma and breast ductal carcinoma were statistically significantly higher than those in the adjacent tissues( P〈0. 001). The positive expression rates of p53 protein and bcl-2 protein in invasive breast ductal carcinoma were statistically significantly higher than those in breast ductal carcinoma,but there was no statistically significant difference in the positive expression rate of c-erb B-2 protein. The positive expression rate of p53 protein was positively correlated with the positive expression rate of c-erb B-2 protein in cancer tissues,while the positive expression rate of bcl-2 protein was negatively correlated with the positive expression rate of c-erb B- 2 protein in cancer tissues. Conclusion P53 protein and bcl- 2 protein have quantitative changes in the oncogenesis and aggravation of breast cancer,which can be used as biomarkers to predict breast cancer.
