成人甲状腺功能减退症诊治指南 被引量：416

摘要 流行病学 甲状腺功能减退症（hypothyroidism，简称甲减）是由于甲状腺激素合成和分泌减少或组织作用减弱导致的全身代谢减低综合征。主要分为临床甲减（overt hypothyroidism）和亚临床甲减（subclinical hypothyroidism）。甲减的患病率与TSH诊断切点值、年龄、性别、种族等因素有关。国外报告甲减的患病率约5％～10％，亚临床甲减患病率高于临床甲减。
