摘要
针对煤液化残渣萃余物的特性,提出了真空薄膜干燥机回收煤液化残渣萃余物中萃取剂的方法,并进行了实验,考察了进料速率与真空度对萃取剂回收率的影响。结果表明,在操作真空度为50 k Pa,进料速率为90 kg/h时,煤液化残渣萃余物中萃取剂的回收率达到94%,80%以上的干燥出料产品粒径为0.1 mm^4.0 mm;实验条件下,干燥过程中的物料未出现团聚和黏结现象,有利于提高回收过程中的热效率;并对煤液化残渣萃余物中回收萃取剂的工业化较优工艺路线进行了探索。
According to the characteristics of coal liquefaction residue extraction residue, a process of recycling extracting agent from coal liquefaction residue extraction residue by vacuum membrane dryer was put forward, the verification experiment was carried out, and the influence of feed balance rate and vacuum degree on recovery rate of extracting agent was investigated. The result showed that when the vacuum degree was 50 k Pa and feed rate was 90 kg/h, the recovery rate of extracting agent from coal liquefaction residue extraction residue reached 94%. And 80% drying discharge product particle size was 0.1 mm-4.0 mm. Under the experimental conditions, the material caking and agglomeration phenomena did not appear in the drying process. It was helpful for thermal efficiency improvement of the process. At the same time, the study explored one better process route for industrialization of recycling extracting agent from coal liquefaction residue extraction residue.
