摘要
口干症是因涎腺分泌的唾液减少而导致的一种临床症状。目前,药物治疗及对症治疗是其主要治疗方法,但这些方法均无法修复受损的涎腺组织,因此对于涎腺组织已发生不可逆性损伤的口干症患者来说治疗作用极其有限。近年来,脐带间充质干细胞在治疗自身免疫性疾病和修复组织损伤的初步疗效已得到肯定。本文将着重探讨人脐带间充质干细胞在治疗舍格伦综合征及放射性涎腺损伤导致的口干症的研究现状及应用前景。
Xerostomia is a clinical symptom caused by the reduction of saliva secretion. At present, drug treatment and symptomatic treatment is the main treatment of xerostomia. However, these methods are unable to repair the damaged salivary tissue, so the treatment effect of xerostomia patients whose the salivary gland tissue has occurred for irreversible injury is very limited. In recent years, the effect of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of autoimmune diseases and repair of tissue injury has been affirmed. The purpose of this review is to discuss the potential application of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells in the treatment of Sj?gren's syndrome and radiation-induced xerostomia.
