摘要
感染性骨不连涉及感染和骨不连,很难治愈。治疗感染性骨不连的主要原则从充满争议到趋向统一,目前基本一致认可彻底清创下的多种治疗手段的综合治疗方法。随着基础医学和相关器械设备的发明或改进,带来了方法和手段的改进改良,促进了感染性骨不连治疗的发展。近年来感染性骨不连的治疗出现了不少创新点,针对以往器械和设备工具作了改良和改进,治疗效果有所提高并趋向成熟稳定,为感染性骨不连的治疗带来了新的观点和视野。为此,作者查阅国内外有关感染性骨不连治疗的中文及英文文献,研读文献并分析总结,对主要治疗手段的现状、进展综述如下。
Infected nonunion can hardly be cured for involving infection and bone nonunion. There was a big controversy over the main treatment principle for infected nonunion before. Now the combined-modality therapy on the basis of radical debridement has been generally accepted. With the development of basic medicine and the invention or improvement in relevant instruments and devices, treatment of infected nonunion has been put forward signigicantly. In recent years, the treatment of infected nonunion has shown many innovations. The innovations tend to be stable and mature and improved the treatment effect to some extent, which bring new views to us. Therefore, the author searches and reviews Chinese or English literature regarding the treatment of infected nonunion and summarizes the current status and progress in the main treatment means.
