摘要
目的探讨口腔局部麻醉手术过程中的风险因素及护理方法。方法回顾性分析2015年1月—12月口腔局麻手术750例,分析潜在风险因素,总结护理体会。结果口腔局部麻醉手术过程中的风险因素主要有环境因素、患者心理因素、医护人员因素和科室管理因素。护理人员要保持手术环境的安静、健全口腔局麻患者术前访视、加强患者术中生命体征的监测、提高自身专业素质、完善手术室管理制度等。结论建立健全的手术风险管理制度,提高医护人员风险防范意识,对提高手术的成功率具有积极意义。
Objective To analyze the potential risk factors in operation of oral local anesthesia and related nursing measures. Methods To retrospectively collected the clinical data of 50 cases of oral surgery under local anesthesia between January 2015 and December 2015. Nursing measures were summarized based on analysis of potential risk factors in operation. Results Potential risk factors mainly included environmental factors,psychological factors of patients,medical staff factors and management factors. Efforts were made on operation environment,preoperative visit,vital signs monitoring,professional quality of nurse and management system in operation room. Conclusion It is required to establish a sound surgical risk management system,and to improve the awareness of risk prevention in medical personnel.
