摘要
目的探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在提高ICU新进护士抢救技能中的应用效果。方法于2015年9月—2016年2月在ICU开展QCC活动,比较和分析QCC开展前(2015年3月—8月)和开展后ICU护士抢救技能合格率,评价QCC活动实施效果。结果开展QCC活动后护士抢救技能考核评分高于开展前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。考核合格率由开展前的63.3%上升为96.5%。QCC活动目标达成率为106.8%,进步率为52.4%。QCC开展后圈员QCC手法运用、团队精神、脑力开发、沟通协调、活动信心和责任荣誉较开展前均有不同程度的提高。结论 QCC活动有助于提高ICU新进护士的抢救技能。
Objective To investigate the effect of quality control cycle( QCC) activity on improvement of emergency skill of junior nurses form ICU. Methods The QCC activity were implemented between September 2015 and February 2016. The emergency skill of junior nurses was assessed before( between M arch 2015 and August 2015) and after implementation of QCC activity,and the implementation outcomes of QCC activity was evaluated and analyzed. Results Nurses achieved a higher score in assessment of emergency skill after QCC activity compared with that before QCC activity,with a significant difference( P 0. 01). The assessment passing rate increased from 63. 3% before QCC activities to 96. 5% after QCC activities,with a goal achievement rate of 106. 8% and progress rate of 52. 4%. The QCC activities strengthen the QCC skills,team spirit,brain development,communication,confidence and responsibility in all QCC members. Conclusion QCC activity is an effective way of improving emergency skill of junior nurses form ICU.
