概念图在急诊护士缺血性脑卒中相关知识培训中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨概念图在急诊护士缺血性脑卒总相关知识培训中的应用效果。方法针对某两所三甲医院急诊科护士开展横断面调查研究。问卷内容包括调查对象的基本信息、缺血性脑卒中指南相关知识。将护士随机分为对照组62例与试验组80例,分别采取概念图教学方法与传统教学方法进行培训。观察培训结束后,2组护士缺血性脑卒中溶栓相关知识评分。结果完成培训后,试验组缺血性脑卒中基础知识、溶栓知识、溶栓各时间段要求、转运以及交接相关知识各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论将概念图教学方式引进护理培训,教学内容围绕临床护士需要进行,激发护士学习的兴趣,增强其自主学习能力,提高对缺血性脑卒中指南相关知识掌握程度。 Objective To investigate the application of concept map in ischemic stroke-associated knowledge training for emergency nurse. Methods The cross-sectional survey on ischemic stroke-associated knowledge,including baseline information and guidelines of ischemic stroke was performed to nurses in the emergency department from twotertiary hospitals. A total of 142 nurses were randomly divided into the control group( n = 62) and the study group( n = 80),with traditional training methods and concept map-based training respectively. The score in assessment of ischemic stroke and thrombolysis-associated knowledge was compared between twogroups. Results Nurses in the study group achieved a higher score of in ischemic stroke-associated knowledge,thrombolysis-associated knowledge,requirement in stage of thrombolysis time,patients transferring-associated knowledge compared with that in the control group,with a significant difference( P 0. 01). Conclusion The introduction of concept map teaching methods based on requirement of clinical nurse can stimulate the interest of learning,improve the autonomous learning ability and enhance the knowledge level of ischemic stroke.
