摘要
技术、法律及行政均作为土地登记过程的重要手段,尤其在现代科学技术发展突飞猛进时代,土地登记的准确、快速、全面及方便必须依赖技术支撑,且涉及技术方法颇多,其中地籍调查技术、地理信息系统技术、办公自动化技术和互联网技术尤为重要,技术应用和更新进步不断推动土地登记走向科学化、现代化及信息化。
Technology, law and administration are important means of land registration. Especially in the era of rapid development of modern science and technology, the accuracy, speediness, comprehensiveness and convenience of land registration must depend on technical support. There are many technical methods involved, in which cadastral survey technology, geographic information system technology, office automation technology and Internet technology are particularly important. Technology applications and update continues to promote scientific, modern and informationalized land registration.
