急倾斜非均厚煤层高效开采工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对益门煤矿急倾斜煤层煤厚变化幅度大、非均厚特征突出的赋存条件,现有采煤方法存在劳工强度大、煤炭产出率低、安全系数小等问题,结合该矿的拟定生产目标和实际生产情况,研究了工作面基础参数和工作面设备选型,确定了水平分段综采放顶煤采煤法,机采高度2.8 m、段高14 m、采放比1∶4,工作面截深0.6 m,工作面长度35 m,采煤机型号为MG250/305-NWD,前部刮板输送机型号为SGZ-730/90,后部刮板输送机型号SGZ764/315型,支架选用ZH2000/22/30ZL型整体顶梁组合悬移液压支架。研究表明:新型开采工艺的产能较初始爆破放顶煤提高约2倍,满足生产目标,工作面准备时间缩减至初始的42%~60%,工作面搬家次数大幅减少,实现了低成本的安全高效开采,研究结果为构建急倾斜非均厚煤层的高效开采体系提供一定借鉴意义。 The steeply inclined thick coal seams of Yimen Coal Mine are changing greatly,and the thickness is uneven,there exist multi-ple problems,including large labor intensity,low coal recovery ratio,and low safety. Combining with production target and actual produc-tion situation, the parameters and equipment selection of mining face were studied to solve these problems. Horizontal section caving method was determined,and the mining machine height is 2. 8 m,section height is 14 m and caving ratio is 1-4. The working surface cutting depth is 0. 6 m. The length of the working face is 35 m. The coal cutter is MG250/305-NWD. The front scraper conveyor type is SGZ-730/90. The rear scraper conveyor type is SGZ764/315 type. Combined suspension moving hydraulic support type is ZH2000/22/ 30ZL. The practice shows that,compared with capacity of initial top coal caving blasting,the new mining technology improved about 2 times,which meet the mine production target,preparation time reduced to 42% ?6 0% of the in i t ial b la s t in g , an d the times of working face moving is significantly reduced. The low cost and high efficiency mining of steeply inclined and heterogeneity thick is realized. All this has a certain reference significance for constructing efficient mining system of steeply inclined and heterogeneity thick coal seams.
