本文分析焊接应力存在对构件产生的危害,并提出有效消除措施。
There are components of welding residual stress in welded structure in general, it will not only affect the actual bearing capacity and load levels, reduce the fatigue strength of welded joints and structure of the whole will, once affected by external force, there will be fatigue fracture or brittle fracture, which caused the corresponding accident so, life safety of construction personnel and the masses around the threat. Want to fundamentally eliminate the welding stress of the component, it is necessary to control the structure design, welding technology, post-processing and other sectors, and the welding quality meets the design standards and requirements that enhance the strength of component, increase the service life of components. This paper analyzes the harm of welding stress to the component, and puts forward some effective measures.
