摘要
挤压造粒机组是工业生产的一个重要组成部分。本文研究挤压造粒机组常见故障,分析液压缸漏油、油路带气、进刀不及时、异常颗粒、颗粒的水流量少以及切刀的磨损程度较大产生的故障原因,给出挤压造粒机组常见故障的解决措施,从而能够有效处理挤压造粒机组常见故障。
Extrusion granulation unit is an important part of industrial production. In this paper, the common faults of squeezing and granulating unit are analyzed, and the cause of failure is analyzed, such as oil leakage in the hydraulic cylinder, gas flow in the oil line, not timely feeding, abnormal water flow in the particles and particles, and abrasion of the cutter.
