On Sustained Usage of Mobile Social APP Location Sharing Service

摘要 作为一种新兴移动服务,社交APP位置分享服务吸引了众多用户的使用。已有的研究集中于对用户初次采纳和接受研究,而对用户的持续使用行为研究较少。但促进用户的持续使用行为从而实现用户保持对于服务商来说至关重要。本文以ECM-ISC模型为基础,加入个性化、心流体验和隐私关注三个因素进行扩展改进,构建了移动社交APP位置分享服务持续使用模型。对收集的270份问卷使用SPSS和LISREL软件进行统计分析发现,个性化、心流体验显著影响满意度,进而影响持续使用意向,且心流体验对持续使用有直接显著影响。 As a newly-developing mobile service,the social networking APP location sharing service has attracted many users. However,the present researches almost focus on the users' initial adoption and acceptance of it,and seldom examine the users' sustained usage of it. But it is critical for service providers to retain users and facilitate their continuance. Based on the ECM-ISC model,this research structures a sustained usage model of the mobile social APP location sharing service with the following factors: the individuation,the flow experience and the privacy concern. The findings of the 270 questionnaires analyzed with SPSS and LISREL show that the individuation and the flow experience have a significant effect on the users' satisfaction,which in turn affects on their sustained usage of it. In addition,the flow experience directly affects on their sustained usage.
