摘要
本文通过喇家遗址房址出土人骨的碳氮稳定同位素以及相关遗存分析探讨其食物结构。分析结果显示,喇家人以粟黍为其主食,并辅以一定比例的肉类,体现出旱作农业区的食物特征。
In this paper, the ancient people's diet iS researched based on δ13C and δ15N analysis of the human bones found m the houses of Lajia site, as well as related archaeological reins of the Site. The result is shown that millet was taken as their staple food and meat was taken as supplementary food, which reflects a food characteristic of dry-farming.
