摘要
以案例为基础的学习(case-based learning,CBL)是一种全新的教学模式,其核心是以"病例为先导,以问题为基础"进行小组讨论式教学。本文通过生理学病例的讨论与编写,课前给出病例、提出问题、布置学生查阅资料等教学准备,再到CBL教学实施,探讨了CBL教学模式在生理学教学中的应用。此外还探讨了CBL在生理学教学中的固化、成绩评定以及存在的问题。生理学CBL教学可以提高学生的自主学习能力、临床思维能力及运用所学知识解决临床实际问题能力,提高生理学教学质量。
Case-based learning (CBL) is a new teaching mode based on group discussion with case study as the key. This paper discusses the physiological cases and edition that such teaching preparation as giving cases and asking questions by assigning students to check data before the class with CBL teaching and the solidification, grades of CBL to improve students' self-teaching, clinical thinking to solve the practical problems in physiology teaching.
