摘要
信息和网络技术在核电厂的广泛应用,给核安全带来了新的威胁与挑战。本文深入分析了核电厂的信息安全现状以及面临的主要威胁,总结归纳了IAEA和美国NRC针对核电系统信息安全的研究成果、具体措施以及法规标准,最后结合中国的实际情况分析提出了关于保障我国核电厂信息安全的若干建议,为我国进行核电厂信息安全相关的决策及政策法规研究提供借鉴。
The increasing reliance on computer systems and networks within control systems at nuclear power plants had presented new potential security threats.This paper analyzed the cyber security status and security risk in nuclear power plants.Then the paper briefly reviewed the research results,specific measures and regulations required by the International Atomic Energy Agency（IAEA） and the U.S.Nuclear Regulatory Commission（NRC）.According to the actual situation in China,this paper presented some suggestions to strengthen the cyber security,which provide reference for decision-making and policy research of cyber security in nuclear power plants of China.
