摘要
在交管、治安和事故处理中经常使用车牌识别技术。通过研究带条形码的车牌识别过程中颜色编码问题、二值灰度图像处理、增加反光角度、捆绑无线射频识别标签等技术细节,证实在车牌里加入条形码是完全可行的,而且能够提高识别效率和正确性,这在一些特殊应用领域里是很有价值的。
We usually use the distinguishing technology at traffic control, public order and accident treatment. Based on a series of re- search, the paper proves that it is feasible to add the striped mark in the bus number. It also can improve the distinguished efficiency and correctness. And is more important in some special realm.
