摘要
目的探讨社区护理对于高血压患者生活质量的影响分析。方法选取社区2014年7月-2015年7月期间确诊的高血压患者100例,对其采用护理干预措施,为期1年,比较护理干预前后对高血压患者知晓率、治疗率和控制率的影响,以及比较患者护理前后对物质生活状态、社会功能、心理功能和躯体功能的影响。结果实施社区护理措施后,患者对高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率均高于护理干预前（P〈0.05）,高血压患者的物质生活状态、社会功能、心理功能和躯体功能均优于护理干预前（P〈0.05）。结论实施社区护理措施可以有效地改善高血压患者的生活质量,值得在社区广泛推广应用。
Objective To study the influence of community nursing to quality of life in patients with hypertension. Methods 100 hypertension patients in community from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the study objects.The nursing intervention was given on them for 1 year.The differenceof awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate before and after the nursing intervention were compared.The the state of material life,social function, psychological function and physical function before and after the nursing were compared. Results After the implementation of community nursing intervention,the patients of hypertension awareness,treatment and control were higher than before nursing intervention（P〈0.05）.Material life,social function,psychological function and physical function of patients with high blood pressure state were better than before nursing intervention（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of community nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with high blood pressure.It is worth to be widely applied in the community.
