摘要
为了提高师范生入职教师的竞争力,近年来我校师范类化学专业在培养模式、教师教育职业技能课程体系和实践教学方面等进行了改革尝试,构建了新的教师教育职业技能课程体系,采取"师范技能达标"、"卓越教师实验班"、"双导师制"等多种形式加强教学技能训练.同时,提出了新的教师资格考试制度下培养方案的调整思路和应对措施.
In order to improve employment competitiveness of students of higher teacher academy, reforms of education oriented chemistry specialty have been conducted fi'om the perspectives of training approach, teacher' s professional course system and teaching practice. A new professional course system has been constructed. The teaching skills of students are improved obviously through the process of "teaching skill benchmarking", "outstand- ing teacher training program", and "dual-instructor program". Then new thoughts and strategy about the training mode are proposed and aimed at the new teacher qualification test system.
