摘要
化工装置运行中因出现高温、高压、有毒、易燃介质泄漏而存在安全及环保方面的隐患,需采用带压堵漏技术予以解决。重点介绍了带压密封堵漏技术的原理以及其在化工装置中的应用情况及效果,并详细解释了常用的带压堵漏技术。提出带压密封堵漏已经成为化工企业减少损失,打造"无泄漏工厂"所必不可少的一门技术,成为化工装置的一种常规维修方式。
During the operation of chemical plant, high temperature, high pressure, toxic and flammable medium leakagelead to safety and environmental threats, so the leakage should be solved by the pressure sealing technology. The principleof the pressure sealing and plugging technologies, and its application and effect in the chemical plant were introduced. Thecommon sealing technologies were explained in detail. It is pointed out that the pressure and plugging has become aessential technology for chemical enterprise to reduce losses and make ＂no leak factory＂, become a kind of routinemaintenance mode for chemical plant.
