摘要
阐述针对八钢焦炭质量劣化,特别是焦炭反应后强度大幅降低、反应性提高的状况,八钢炼铁通过转变观念、强化生产管理、优化操作制度适应此变化,确保了高炉炉况顺行,取得了相对好的经济技术指标。
In the paper, iron operation technical personnel of Bayi steel changed the traditional operation ideas to adapt to this situation of coke quality degradation, especially the CSR of the coke greatly reduced and CRI increases, Taking measures to strengthen production management and optimize operation system. The production results show that the ironmaking process production smoothly, relatively good economic and technical indexes are obtained.
