互联网思维所体现的以用户为中心的精神,正是图书馆服务的理念追求。为此在互联网思维下,图书馆要以用户需求为中心,创新服务手段,以资源支撑,技术助力,全面提高图书馆馆员的综合素质,不断提升图书馆的文献资源服务、信息技术服务、参考咨询服务、知识服务、学科馆员服务、文化服务、空间设备体验服务和人性化休憩服务的能力。
Internet thinking reflected by the user centric spirit is the concept of the pursuit of library services. Therefore in the thinking of the Internet,the library should be user-oriented,innovate service means,take the resources as support and technology as assistant to support improve the overall quality of the librarians and improve the ability of library resources service,information technology services,reference consulting service,knowledge service,subject librarian service,culture service,space equipment experience service and humanistic leisure service ability.
