摘要
为研究双倍长烟支切割时振动片动态应力变化规律,以ZJ116型卷接机组往复式喇叭嘴机构为研究对象,通过拉伸试验测出振动片的弹性模量、泊松比与密度,根据测试结果和刚柔耦合计算理论建立了喇叭嘴机构的刚柔耦合模型。基于该模型计算烟支切割过程中振动片的动态应力,测试与计算结果表明:1振动片的弹性模量为94.140 4 GPa,泊松比为0.296 7,密度为1 599.69 kg/m^3;2在烟支切割过程中,振动片的动态应力由中部向两端变大,与支架和喇叭嘴相连接的部位容易发生劈裂和折断,与试件疲劳破坏结果一致。
The variation of dynamic stress of spring plates in the ledger unit in ZJ116 cigarette maker was investigated.Elastic modulus,Poisson ratio and density of the spring plate were tested via tensile test,and the calculation model for ledger unit was established based on the test results and rigid-flexible coupling theory.The dynamic stress of the spring plate in the process of cigarette cutting was calculated with the established model,the results showed that:1) Elastic modulus of the spring plate was 94.140 4 GPa with Poisson ratio of0.296 7 and density of 1 599.69 kg/m3.2) In the process of cigarette cutting,the dynamic stress of spring plate increased from its center to both ends,and the two ends,which connected with bracket and ledger separately,of spring plate tended to crack even break,which was consistent with the result of fatigue test.
