摘要
针对传统飞行安全评价方法中主观因素影响过多的弊端,提出一种基于熵的模糊多层次综合评价方法。首先分析了现阶段影响航空兵部队飞行安全各个因素,构建了飞行安全评价指标体系;其次采用专家调查法确定主观权重值,利用信息熵理论计算熵权重值,从而确定客观权重值,将客观权重值与主观权重值相结合计算出综合评价权重值;最后实施模糊多层次综合评价,得出评价结果,进一步提高了评价结果的可信度。通过实例验证表明评价结果客观准确,具有良好的实用性和可操作性。
Aiming at the much of subjective factor of the traditional evaluation method,a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on entropy is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the flight safety evaluation index system is established based on affecting the factors of flight safety of marine aviation currently.Secondly,the objective weight by using the method of entropy-weight is calculated,the objective weight combines with the subjective weight to calculate the comprehensive evaluation weight.Finally,the evaluation result is obtained by multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the reliability of the evaluation result is improved.
