隔离开关触指尺寸效应对接触系统疲劳影响分析

摘要 利用Solidworks和Ansys Workbench,对目前隔离开关广泛使用的矩形和W型触指结构形式,采用Goodman曲线和Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤理论对恒定振幅、比例载荷作用条件下的接触疲劳寿命进行分析。结果表明,两者均满足隔离开关可靠断开、闭合≥3 000次的要求。 When self-elastic contact finger used in the high voltage isolating switch has been worked several times,it may be broken suddenly,which is called fatigue failure. Solidworks and Ansys Workbench were used to analyze the fatigue strength of rectangular contact finger and the type of"W",which are used in isolating switch.Goodman adoption curve and Palmgren-Miner linear cumulative damage theory were used to analyze the contact fatigue life under the condition of constant amplitude and proportional loading. The results show that the both types meet the opening and closing requirements of more than 3 000 times.
