摘要
功率型继电器的发热特性分析是其可靠性设计的重要内容之一。随着功率型继电器的体积趋向小型化,继电器工作过程中产生的单位体积发热量增加,从而影响其工作性能。针对继电器内部结构复杂,三维有限元模型计算效率低的问题,提出了一种基于热路思想的简化模型方法,并通过在Ansys的Icepak模块中建模实现。对比精细模型,简化模型的计算效率明显提升;对比实际继电器的精细模型和简化模型仿真结果,误差小于2%,可以满足工程实际需要。
The heating characteristic analysis of the power type relay is one of the important contents of its reliability design. As the volume of the power relay tends to be smaller,the quantity of heat generated during the operation of the relay is increased,which affects the performance of the relay. To solve the problem of the complex structure of the relay and the low efficiency of the three dimensional finite element model,a simplified model method based on the idea of thermal circuit was presented,and it was realized using the Icepak module of Ansys.By comparing with the fine model,the computational efficiency of the simplified model was obviously improved. As for the products of relay in market,by comparing the fine model and simplified model simulation results,the error is less than 2%,which can meet the requirements of the actual project.
