摘要
基于定量分类方式,提出改进聚类算法,通过对需求侧负荷曲线分析获得数个典型用电特性曲线,确定负荷分类用以代替一般用户电力特性分析。根据典型曲线所对应的典型用户用电特性与结构,提出相应节能减排措施;结合峰谷电价研究,建立考虑减排效果的分类用户峰谷电价模型,确定模型的优化目标与约束条件,并采用遗传算法对算例的时段划分与峰谷电价比进行计算。最后根据对节能减排效果评估及评价指标运算验证峰谷电价优化机制的有效性。
This paper offered an optimized cluster algorithm,and the typical power characteristics were investigated by the power load curve at the demand-side. The power load classification was determined to analyze the power characteristics and power load structure. Based on the TOU price study and the emission reduction strategy,the typical user TOU price optimization model was established, and the optimization function and constraints are determined. Also,the genetic algorithm was applied to calculate the period division and TOU price rate. Based on the emission reduction and indicator calculation results,the effectiveness and correctness are verified.
