摘要
凉山彝族的学前教育由于幼儿园分布不均、资金短缺、民汉双语教育滞后、本土教材缺乏、师资力量薄弱、部分群众教育观念保守及办园条件差等问题的困扰,使大多数从小生活在民族母语家庭的孩子失去了学前教育机会。当前,只有合理开展校点建设、多渠道筹措资金、推进校舍标准化建设、强化民汉双语教育、突出宣传引领、加强师资队伍及民汉双语教材建设,着力促进凉山彝族学前教育健康协调发展,努力实现教育起点公平,才能从源头上根除当地的贫困累积循环效应,阻断贫困的代际传递。
Several problems are now perplexing the preschool education in Liangshan Yi Areas such as an uneven distribution of kindergartens, a shortage of funds, undeveloped bilingual education, a lack of local teaching materials, weak teacher resources, conservative education concepts, and poor kindergarten running conditions. As a result, most children growing up in native language families lose their opportunities to receive preschool education. Therefore, actions should be taken to carry out a rational school construction, raise funds through multi channels, promote the standard construction of schoolhouses, strengthen bilingual education, highlight the leading function of propaganda, and strengthen the development of the teaching body and local teaching materials..Only through facilitating a bionomic and coordinated development of preschool education in Liangshan Yi Area and achieving a fair education starting point, can the effect of cumulative cycle of poverty be eradicated and the intergenerational transmission of poverty be eliminated fundamentally.
