摘要
光纤超声传感器凭借抗干扰能力强、灵敏度高等优点有望成为变压器局部放电在线监测的有效手段。简述了光纤超声传感器膜片和腔体设计的基本原理,从灵敏度和响应频率入手,分析了多种因素对灵敏度和响应频率的影响,并对传感器进行了优化设计最后在变压器本体上进行了局部放电检测试。结果表明,只要传感器安装位置合理,布置多个传感器就可以有效检测到变压器内部由局部放电产生的超声信号。
Optical fiber ultrasonic sensor with advantages of strong anti-interference ability and high sensitivity is expected to become an effective method for transformer partial discharge on-line monitoring.The basic principle of diaphragm and cavity design of the optical fiber ultrasonic sensor are briefly discussed in this paper,and from the perspective of the sensitivity and response frequency,the paper analyzes various factors' influence on sensitivity and response frequency,and the optimization design of the sensor.Finally,partial discharge detection tests have been carried out in the transformer body,and the test results show that as long as the sensors' installation locations are reasonable,the arrangement of multiple sensors can effectively detect the transformer internal ultrasonic signal generated by partial discharge.
