摘要
综合考虑电网结构脆弱性,电网扩建投资成本和年运行费用,搭建了多目标电网规划模型.模型中结合经济性因素对电气介数指标进行了改进,基尼系数对支路电气介数均匀度的评估可以有效的衡量电网规划方案下的结构脆弱性大小。基于协同进化算法(CEA,co-evolutionary algorithms),结合模糊理论对模型求解,通过Garver 6节点系统算例验证方法的可行性。仿真结果表明文章所提出的模型可行,对于电网扩建和规划具有重要的参考价值。
Considerdering the vulnerability of power grid structure vulnerability,grid exspansion investment cost and the annual operation cost,set the multi-objective power grid planning model is set in this paper. Combining with economic factors,The this model improves the betweenness indexcombined with economic factors to,and improve the betweenness index,the evaluation of Gini coefficient for branch electrical betweenness homogeneous evaluation can effectively measure structural vulnerability under the planning scheme. Based on co-evolutionary algorithms( CEA),combined with the fuzzy theory to solve the model,amd the. The feasibility of the method is validated by simulation results of Garver 6-bus system. The simulation results show that the presented model is feasible and has important reference value in the grid expansion and planning.
